Runners Registration

Weekly Activity Schedule:
Run days: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 5:00 AM.
Run type: Easy runs, Interval runs, Tempo runs, Flyover repeats & LSDs. Special Runs once in a month.
Strength session days: Wednesday and Friday at 5:00 AM, by a qualified trainer. 
Workout type: Wednesday–Core strengthening & Running Drills 
Friday – Stretching Sessions
Location: Basket Ball Ground, SDAT Mogappair (Near Nolambur Mosque)
Ride Days: Friday and Sunday. 
Rest day: Monday

Start Point: 
Near Nolambur EB Office which is easily accessible from Mogappair East, Mogappair West, Padi, Ambattur Industrial estate, Ayanambakkam and surrounding areas.
