Tuesday        – Tempo run, 5:15am – 6:45am, MIT
Wednesday   – Core and Strengthening 5:15am – 6:45am, MIT
Thursday       – Interval run 5:15am – 6:45am, MIT
Friday            – Circuit Training 5:15am – 6:45am, MIT
Saturday       – Cross training ( cycling at ORR, swimming at Hilton swimming pool, Gym)
Sunday         – LSD 5:00am – 8:00am, MIT
